Someone contacted me with the question... Does the property the school board plans to purchase for the new Oliver Springs Elementary belong to Ken Yager's mother-in-law?
I don't know. But even if it does, if it was purchased at fair market value, it shouldn't matter.

I found the parcel but interestingly enough, the (link...) website returns a parcel not found for the appraisal info on that one and the surrounding ones as well.

The Tennessee Property Data website search feature ((link...) for Roane County directly) does not work for most searches. Keeping it very simple and minimal helps. For example, in a given county, search just for the last name (RABY) only. Does that help you find the property you seek? :)

I can find the property. What doesn't come up is the detailed appraisal. Were you able to get it?
WhitesCreek
Yes. Getting there is non-intuitive though. Click the check box/radio button to the left of the property and the details will show.

Of course, with the new appraisals, anyone would probably be foolish not to sell if they find a buyer to pay those new appraised values!!!!
