I'm puzzled by the introduction of legislation supporting surprise inspections of Tiger Haven? Didn't our legislators just last year introduce a bill to stop suprise inspections at our County waste treatment facilities?

Actually, the legislation last year was to give notice for routine inspections. It was not to give notice when there was reason to believe that there were violations. Big difference. As for Tiger Haven, I just haven't formed an opinion yet.

Having seen what the Rockwood waste treatment facility does to Black Creek form time to time, I think the inspections should be surprise and far more often than they are now.
