Hello all:
First, I would like to thank those of you who were able to come out on Thursday, June 25, 2009, for the informational meeting regarding the CAG; I thank you for your interest in the CAG process and look forward to working with the community in forming a CAG; as the general consensus of those communities members present at the meeting is that they would like to form a CAG.
Second, in light of the decision to form a CAG, I would like to give those who were unable to attend the meeting an opportunity to learn about the CAG and to have any questions you may have answered. I would like to hold another informational meeting to present the CAG information and to hear from those who were unable to attend. I will leave it the time and date to the community by letting you know my availablity. I will be available to meet with the community again on Tuesday or Thursday during the week of July 13 or July 20. In the meantime, if anyone wants to discuss the CAG with me before that time, I am at the TVA Outreach Center at 509 N. Kentucky Street, Kingston- daily from 10-6. As well, if there is anyone who you think may be interested in the CAG, please forward to them this email.
I have attached to this email the Quick Reference Fact sheet on the CAG and have available at the outreach Center the CAG manual that I gave out at the meeting. Do feel free to contact me at 678-575-8505 or stop by the Outreach Center if you would like further information.
I look forward to working with each of you...
