Sex Slavery in Roane County

A Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) report ((link...), 7.2Mb PDF) has the dismaying news that 85% of counties in Tennessee--including Roane County--have reported incidents of sexual slavery. Worse yet, Roane County has reported incidents of both child and adult sexual slavery.

Here is an illustration from page 21 of the TBI report showing counties with sex slavery in red:

Both "Cup of Joe Powell" ((link...)) and WBIR ((link...)) have the story.

So... what should we in Roane County do about this?
