U.S. District Court Judge Aleta Trauger issued a 45-page opinion on Wednesday lambasting the actions of the state officials during Occupy Nashville arrests in 2011.
Trauger also awarded monetary damages to the plaintiffs — which included arrested Occupy protesters — in an amount to be determined later.
