That seems to be the assessment of everybody associated with the Jail project. My assessment is that it was an ill-conceived project from the start and organized for disaster.
The Roane County News has a good article but I'm thinking it's about a tenth of the story. Do you ever wish we could really find out everything that's going on?
Or are we better off just not knowing?
