That seems to be the assessment of everybody associated with the Jail project. My assessment is that it was an ill-conceived project from the start and organized for disaster. The Roane County News has a good article but I'm thinking it's about a tenth of the story. Do you ever wish we could really find out everything that's going on? Or are we better off just not knowing?

The idea of this site is Citizen journalism. That means everybody asks questions of their elected officials and then we come back here and compare notes.
I am being told a number of things but I won't post them until I can verify them. A lot of the time it turns out to be misinformation. Asl questions and let us know what you find out. Facts only please.
Guys I posted a letter that was sent to me , it pretty much states what is going on at the jail site, several times in the past weeks, the county mayor and comission members, denied they dont know whats going on, we elect these officials to inform us the citizens, whats going on not the other way around???????
