They are grasping

They are grasping at straws, doing their best to get out of this as easy as possible. But, that's what the lawyers get paid the big bucks for. It will be interesting to see how this goes forward.

Well all I know is if TVA

Well all I know is if TVA would truly negotiate a fair buy out and replacement value from the people still left in the Swan Pond area a majority of them would settle and drop suits and go on about their life. Costing the TVA way less than what this drawn out court room battle will cost!

If they wanted to be "good stewards of the rate payer money" they would get this over with fast and do what is right and not drag out the lawyer fees.

That's the problem.

They see people as customers or rate-payers instead of people still trapped in a disaster area. They don't care about people. They only care about there rep.
