Frankly, I have concerns but

Frankly, I have concerns but they lie somewhere in the middle of things. I do think the traffic snarl could be worsened unless there is a left turn lane added to the road. The problem occurs when a train blocks the road and cars back up on both sides. When the train finally clears traffic headed into Swan Pond will be blocked behind anyne wanting to go to the overlook. Overlookers will have to wait until all the southbound traffic has passed before they can turn left.

Another concern I have is possible harassment by TVA police. I've had them roar up when I was on County property taking pictures and order me to stop. I didn't and talked it out with them but why should I have to? Another time they interupted a tv interview I was conducting on private property. On private property we can blow them off. Will we have a guarantee of freedom from harassment or will Randy and I join Matt Landon Jones as freedom perps?

I guess life will go on!

You can add me to that list also. I'll be a perp right along with you all. If the media is at the overlook, then we, as private citizens have the right to talk to them. Remember, this overlook is for the public to view the disaster.
