We have Two Congressmen in Roane County, Tennessee, one Democrat and one Republican, and it's hard to tell which is which sometimes.

Zach has a tiny bit of environmental awareness and Lincoln is rather conservative.

At any rate, it's now time for both of them to get together and vote local and not party.

Roane County has more than its fair share of underpriviledged children and children on the edge of poverty in that tweener zone that need to be covered with basic health insurance. Lincon Davis is already on board with the original SCHIP bill and now it's time for Zach to join in.

Zach's stated reasons for opposing the SCHIP Bill have been rectified so now we get to see if Zach is our Congressman or Karl Rove's.

They both need to show us who they represent and sign on to the Clean Water Protection act. "Faithfull" has a good rundown over at KnoxViews.

And this is your chance to do your part by letting our Congressmen know that you're tired of Big Coal getting it's way with our environment.
