Way to go, Ladies!

Lady Jackets soccer came up victorious after an exhausting weekend in the 12th Annual Katie Hunter Tournament. The Jackets ended their 4 game weekend with a first place trophy in the Barry Redmond Division.

The Katie Hunter Tournament started in 1997 in memory of Oak Ridge native Katie Hunter. There was a great lineup of 24 teams from across Tennessee broken up into two divisions. The Lady Jackets plan on using the wins against private teams such as Davidson Academy and St. Secilia as momentum going into their second district game of the season at Scott County this Wednesday, Sept. 3. Kingston's next home game will be against district rival Loudon County - Thursday, Sept. 18 at SWP, game time 7:00 PM.
