Agenda Item 7 is to abolish all County Commission committees that are not required by law and have the full Commission mrrt in one giant workshop to do the work of all of them. From the incomprehensible RCN article:

Committees tagged for abolishment are Animal Control Advisory, Back Tax, Building Inspector Code and Review, Cable TV, Courthouse Security, Emergency Services, In-Lieu-of-Tax, Industrial Liaison, Legislative, Long-Range Planning, Nonprofit, Personnel, Property, Road, Risk Management, School Liaison, Sheriff’s Liaison, Solid Waste, Sports Recreation, Tourism, Ad Hoc Probation Services and Ad Hoc Insurance and Benefits.

I have some questions on this. Did the Committee on Committees actually meet? (Yes, that is an actual thing) Or did some inner circle name the committee members?

Is that a sunshine rule committee? Was the rule followed?

Are we watching a small skirmish between factions or is this a bigger deal than it looks on the outside?

Here's the RCN link but it's behind the pay wall. You can't really figure anything out from the article anway.
