Like a lot of news articles this one leaves me with more questions than answers. A drone is considered an aircraft and it violates FAA regs to shoot one down. It was also flying at 350 feet. If it was not over the owner's property it is required to be higher than 365 feet above the highest structure. No info given in that respect. Since it's illegal to shoot one down even if it is over your property, I wonder what recourse a property owner has against a low flying drone?
