The Chattanooga success story is tough to argue with, except there's that one argument that is near and dear to GOP hearts...Big corporations will lose money!

Here's the problem in a nutshell:

Here's why we haven't already solved the problem:

"I don't see the Legislature doing a lot this year when we have two studies underway that we are paying for at the same time we have a court challenge to the FCC ruling," said Senate Pro Tempore Bo Watson (R), one of nine members of the Senate Commerce and Labor Committee that must approve any change. "We don't need to be in any rush to make a judgment."
