After all the food and TV football it's time for a resolution. The folks at Wild Trails in the Chattanooga area do a lot of good protecting trails in the area and have come up with a 100 mile club to get us off the couch. They have set up a web site to keep track of your activities in the hopes that you will cover 100 miles in the first three months of 2016.

That isn't too difficult but you have to be consistent. You would be right on track if you walk the Ladd Landing Greenway trail, out and back, three times a week or take two loops on the Roane County Park walking trail three times a week. Swimming and biking count too and have factors to adjust and add to your miles.

So as soon as your vision clears up today, why don't you take a walk?

Here's the link to Wild Trails...(We need this in Roane County!)
