Rep. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., has introduced legislation (H.R. 543) to "repeal title I of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and to amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for cooperative governing of individual health insurance coverage offered in interstate commerce."

Lamar Alexander voted in favor of an amendment that included:

“it is the sense of Congress that— (1) climate change is real; and (2) human activity significantly contributes to climate change.”

And then he voted FOR the Keystone Pipeline. I wonder if he ever wrestles with his conscience? I wonder if he has a conscience?
