Pity the poor voter this time around, especially when it comes to the four constitutional amendments on the ballot. First, the wording of the amendments themselves is all but incomprehensible. Who writes this stuff?

Then the media — and your mailbox — are filled with one half-truth and one misleading assertion after another.
