The Road Commissioner told me tonight that Swan Pond will be open Monday and the rest of the Circle and Quarry roads soon to be paved.
Hoping for the last leg of Swan Pond Road to be openned. Projected date: 4/17/09 - late, depending on the weather and the replacement/installation of guard rails.
The news is the road is soon to open which will allow another view of coal fly-ashville.
