It is going to be an interesting legislative year. I noted that Davidson, Knox, Shelby and Hamilton counties were exempted from the bill. Now, I don't know about the others, but just living in East Tennessee, I know the Knox County School Board and the County Commission are constantly at odds. I will have to think about this one.
