The liquor by the drink referendum in Pigeon Forge passed by 100 votes, but 300 more votes were cast than there are voters. This is odd. But it gets odder...

The big story here...

The vote was "legally" rigged because non resident landowners may vote in city elections. This may seem like a good idea when folks have been long term contributers to property taxes, etc. but in this case, "FREE" share interests in a corporate land holding were issued in order to allow votes by "outsiders" mere weeks before the election.
