Roane officials attending were Kingston Mayor Troy Beets and County Commissioner Ron Berry, both of whom spoke during the comment period, and County Executive Ron Woody.

Very strong comments were heard at the meeting. They had a common thread of acceptance of the final clean up alternative but with strong admonishment for TVA not coming to the table and dealing with the property owners in a responsible manner.
